Compassionate Outpatient Care for Addiction & Mental Wellness

At Optima, we provide supportive outpatient rehab programs along with a full range of mental health services. We’re here to help you navigate life’s challenges with guidance, care, and a true partner in your wellbeing.

Individual Therapy

Our IOP offers intensive treatment for those who want to get better while balancing daily responsibilities. This program involves group therapy and other proven modalities, providing a robust support network and structured treatment environment. Optima’s IOP is best suited for those working or going to school full time.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) typically engage in treatment for several hours each day, multiple days per week. This program may include a range of therapeutic modalities, such as medication management, individual and group therapy, and other evidence-based treatments. PHP is ideally suited for individuals who require a higher level of support than what Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or General Outpatient (OP) can offer, but do not require 24-hour care within an inpatient hospital setting.

General Outpatient Program (OP)

Through one-on-one counseling, clients explore personal issues related to their addiction, develop coping strategies, and work towards their specific recovery goals with the help of a dedicated therapist.

Aftercare Support

Our aftercare support services provide ongoing assistance and resources to help clients maintain their sobriety after completing the initial phases of treatment. This includes follow-up counseling, support groups, and relapse prevention strategies.
